Black Belts

Black belts of the AKF are volunteers. They combine their professional lives with the practice and teaching of karate, instructing programs which blend the ancient study of traditional karate with the modern application of self defense training.

A black belt instructor of the AKF has achieved their rank one way and one way only: hard work, sheer effort, lots of sweat, with no favours asked and no favours given. Much time and effort has been given by each instructor to the development of the Amateur Karate Foundation as a recognized martial art organization of distinct quality.
